Responsibilities

  • Project manage SIOP transformation workstreams and Global Business Process initiatives.
  • Lead respective PS/Print/Hybrid Divisional SIOP workstream(s) and with cross functional senior management.
  • Compile and report on cross-functional Metrics/KPIs to ensure effective execution, integration, and performance of the SIOP process.
  • Streamline the monthly rhythm of business and drive cross functional change management to enable a mature SIOP process.
  • Support improve the monthly SIOP cycle, including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions, reduction of cycle-time, robust alignment with financial budgets and projections.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure all team members are proficient in using the new SIOP tools and processes.
  • Project manages implementation of improvements to the SIOP process and transformation.
  • Supports improvements for operations plan and to incorporate customer needs into operations plans.
  • Supports standardized best practices for process improvement change across PS/Print/Hybrid and oversees its implementation in SIOP and provides guidance on improvement processes.

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance or related field.
  • Typically 6 - 10 + years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Project Management with a Supply Chain (SCOR) focus and 1 - 2+ years’ experience in SIOP/ S&OP/ IBP

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent leadership skills including team building and conflict resolution and management.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and forward planning ability.
  • MS Power BI a plus
  • SAP S/4 & IBP, Kinaxis experience a plus
  • ML / AI-GenAI experience a plus

    The base pay range for this role is $121,650 - $176,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
