As part of Institutional Banking, the Transfer Agency team balances the work that the operations team processes. All balancing must be done daily and accurate to the penny. In addition to balancing, the group ensures accurate setup when new funds come to the company.  

 

As an Alternative Investment Specialist, you will balance accounts to achieve complete accuracy. As you progress in your career, there will be an opportunity to become a reviewer. This team is operated with dual control where there is always a balancer and a reviewer. Additional responsibilities include customer contact both over the phone and through email. 

 

On this team you have opportunity for a flexible work schedule with a tenured team where the dress code is casual. In this role you will receive excellent training where management support is easily accessible.  

 

How you’ll spend your time:  

  • Use your detail-orientation to balance and review transactions for all alternative investment accounts to achieve complete accuracy. 

  • Use your customer service background to answer client emails and phone calls to achieve customer satisfaction. 

 

We’re excited to talk with you if:  

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree 

  • One year of balancing accounts/activity 

  • Minimum of six months providing direct phone or in person support for clients and customers 

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $33,920.00 - Maximum: $78,450.00
