We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Distribution team in Paris for a period of 6 months.
The marketing team is part of EMEA Marketing and responsible for the coordination of all local marketing and communications initiatives and works in close collaboration with the sales and other regional and global marketing functions to achieve the business objectives of the region.
Integrated within the distribution team based in Paris, your main missions will be to help and assist the Marketing Manager for the French market:
Publication of various content (topic papers, campaigns) on our website and social networks
Assistance in the organization of events (logistic, invitation, social network communication)
Update documents (presentations, brochures, videos, etc.)
Monitoring of press reviews
Verification of French content provided by translators (blog articles, research papers, presentations, press releases, etc.).
Management of our monthly IFA email
Organisation of our monthly IFA webinar
Participation in calls, webinars and events with the portfolio managers
Studying in your 4th or 5th year of business school or university, with a specialization in finance or asset management, or in marketing & communication;
Possess the ability to work meticulously with strong presentation skills and computer knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint is essential);
Previous experience in a management company or bank is a plus;
Your mother tongue is French and you are fluent in English both verbal and written.
Communication with other international offices is on a daily basis.
