Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Vaccines Marketing Department by working in coordination with the Brand Leads
• Execute ad hoc analysis regarding business needs
• Assist in cross-functional team meetings, coordinate meeting minutes and follow-up actions with related stakeholders
• Perform monthly sales, market and prescription data analysis & contribute to the creation of monthly performance reports/presentations
• Follow content/promotional material creation & approval process in coordination with Customer Manager, Brand Leads, Medical Lead and 3rd party agencies
• Play an active role in communication with 3rd party vendors including creative agencies

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Being a 4th year undergraduate student, preferably in Management, Economics or Engineering
• Able to work minimum 3 days per week
• High proficiency in MS Office programs (especially, Excel and PowerPoint)
• High degree of analytical thinking skills and ability to analyze
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills to ensure an objective representation of ideas and opinions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a cross functional team environment
• Highly agile learner with a solution-based mindset
