JR60693 Principal / Senior /Product Engineer (Sustaining NAND Product Development)

As a Product Engineer working directly in support of the NAND Product Development Team Leader, your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to propel new product development and spearhead the integration of solutions into actionable strategies and plans. In this capacity, you embody the NAND engineering team, engaging with strategic partners like business units, quality assurance, fabrication, testing, and supply chain to ensure a competitive time-to-market for the newest technology nodes, from silicon to system. This role is of significant impact, offering broad scope and high visibility. It presents the chance to contribute to Micron’s forthcoming generation of technology and product enablement alongside a committed and skilled cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the sustaining NAND product ownership and support the post qualification NAND change validation and conversion

  • Work with cross-functional team to resolve the customer returns or system fails due to NAND design/intrinsic issues and provide the fix or mitigation in time

  • Drive the continuous improvements to help NAND marginalities to achieve best-in-class qualify

  • Responsible for the excursions impacting the NAND intrinsic performance and provide the recommendations on the risk assessment

  • Responsible for the cell revision/reticle continuous development/conversion post qualification

Requirements :

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering

  • Relevant experience in NAND related product and/or test program development is added advantage

  • Software development proficiency (e.g. C-based programming) and scripting (e.g. Perl, Python)

  • Simulation software know-how (e.g. Verilog, Synopsis VCS)

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Good multitasking and organizational skills

  • Strong presentation skills Self-motivation and enthusiasm

  • Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
