Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning HR strategies, programs, and processes with business objectives and providing comprehensive HR support to designated departments within the organization (Revenue, Marketing). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning: Liase with departmental leaders to fine-tune and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote employee engagement, development, retention.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and engagement.
Talent Acquisition: Partner with managers to establish hiring needs, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective placement.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and foster career growth.
Training and Development: Collaborate with the Learning and Development to identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of learning initiatives. Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and career planning activities.
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive work environment. Partner with management to build and maintain employee recognition programs, and solicit feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. Stay abreast of changes in HR legislation and proactively address any compliance-related issues.
HR Analytics: Partner with People Ops to regularly review HR data and metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance HR programs and initiatives.
