As a Senior Executive, Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our e-commerce and social commerce businesses. You will spearhead business development initiatives, manage sales and account management teams, and foster strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify, acquire, and retain new clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including D2C and others, to align strategies and maximize business opportunities.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress towards goals, and market insights.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events to drive traffic, increase sales, and boost brand visibility.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business development
Proven track record of success in sales and business development
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and social media
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English and Thai
