As a Senior Executive, Business Development at AnyMind Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our e-commerce and social commerce business. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
What You'll Do
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the e-commerce and social commerce industry.
- Prospect and engage with potential clients both domestic and overseas to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct a feasibility study , profit and loss projection to evaluate the projects
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Sales Operations:
- Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively, utilizing CRM tools (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Who You Are
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, social commerce, and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in an international trade or related fields is a plus.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
