The Cross Client Content Director plays a crucial role in driving strategic storytelling, prioritizing and tracking key initiatives, and driving internal product advocacy. This position is integral to ensuring our growth initiatives are effectively communicated and supported across the business. Most notably, this role will be responsible for managing responses to RFP/RFIs to secure new client opportunities as well as renew our current client standing. This is a remote opportunity.

What will my duties and responsibilities be in this job?

  • Develop compelling stories that convey the strategic value and impact of our LPI business to clients.

  • Work effectively across the business; works with all functions and all levels, including the leadership team.

  • Lead multiple projects that require quantitative and qualitative thinking, problem framing, overall strategy formulation, on the representation of key business programs and processes

  • Strengthen tracking systems that monitor initiative progress.

  • Provide regular status updates and report on initiative progress, including milestones, challenges and achievements.

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of high-quality, persuasive RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and strategic storytelling.

  • Project manage RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with the functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, IT, Product, Account Management and Sales), representing the Business Strategy point-of-view and providing and/or managing analytical support as appropriate.

  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of industry trends and competitive positioning to craft compelling and strategic proposals.

  • Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines and deliver responses and content in an on-time manner

  • Support the coordination of vendor site audits in relation to client requirements.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project, program or product management.

  • Knowledge of mortgage servicing business is advantageous

  • Understanding of internal product marketing strategies and best practices.

  • Prior experience in overseeing client relationships or delivering exceptional client services is preferred.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Able to drive cross functional consensus and sustaining a sense of urgency

  • Able to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions based on this data, and to effectively communicate the related actions to a broad audience

  • Prior experience managing product resources and/or cross functional teams

  • Prioritize and organize as part of a program team to complete multiple tasks

  • Skilled at these applications: MS 365, Word (proficient level), Excel (proficient level), PowerPoint (proficient level), MS Program (proficient level), Smartsheet and Visio (proficient level)

  • Cross functional Portfolio Management expertise

  • Proficient in the PMI Methodology

  • PMP Certification

  • Ability to Manage programs with high complexity

  • Manage programs for internal stakeholders and large external stakeholders

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills- especially working with cross-functional teams- and the ability to present a professional image

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

  • Self-motivations to work independently to meet organizational goals

How much should I expect to travel? 10%

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

Pay Range:

$84,100.00 - $140,500.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
