Job Description:

The Solution Integrator (SI) is a client-facing role and a technical authority for solutioning Account Growth Requests (AGR) and Add-On existing requests (Non-Standard Service Requests, or NSSRs) in the DXC organization. They are the owner for all Delivery Led technical solutioning requests and the liaison between Service Lines, Delivery teams and the account /customer team for pre-sales activities. The SI takes input from the customer and Delivery teams and documents and defines customer requirements. After requirements are clearly understood between both the requester and the SI, the SI creates standard solution components and/or collects collateral from various technical inputs to ensure alignment of the solution across our client’s requirements. The technical solution and any contract/SOW need to be integrated into a cost-effective solution that meets the client's needs and maximizes DXC’s competitive advantage.

The SI must understand the DXC offerings and have a sound business understanding of how the solutioning and current pricing impact and how they can help improve the overall margin and performance of the accounts they support. Upon completion of the solution, the cost for the 
related project work is compiled into standard cost model tools and the proposal is submitted for internal governance, and then for customer approval. 

Skills and experience required 

Solution Integrators must have the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple workloads (potentially across different clients), have a track record of delivering IT solutions and possess a broad skill set in different technologies and project delivery models. SI experience should cover at least one of the following areas:


• Cloud Infrastructure & ITO 
• Analytics and Engineering
• Applications
• Modern Workplace
• Security

  • You will have a sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise.

  • Has mastered at least one technical discipline with strong knowledge in at least three major technology areas.

  • Possesses advanced level of business, technical, or functional knowledge.

  • Has ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on combinations and interactions of products.

  • Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve a client business problem.

  • Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence.

  • Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing.

Due to the nature of our accounts, SC Security Clearance will be required therefore the criteria for this is that you will be a UK National who has worked and resided in the UK consistently for the past 5 years. We are unable to consider dual nationals currently.
