The Training Program Owner will be responsible for the stakeholder management, training strategy and business impact results. The Training Program Owner is a critical team member within the CVS Health Enterprise Learning Center of Excellence within the Human Resources department.

  • Advanced knowledge in Adult Learning strategy and design

  • Skilled in virtual training delivery platforms and distance learning best practices

  • Understanding of learning metrics, measurement strategies and ROI analysis

  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management abilities

  • Solid project management skills and experience leading cross-functional training project

Required Qualifications

  • 5 + years designing and developing learning strategy and using data to measure learning program outcomes

  • 5 + years of experience delivering performance-based solutions to a high volume audience

  • 4 + years consulting with instructional design tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Learning and Development experience in a corporate business setting

  • Experience working with multiple internal and external customers, executive leadership, and subject matter experts

  • Experience with web development tools (articulate 360, storyline, SnagIt, QuickBase etc.)

  • Excelled written, verbal and presentation skills • Experience developing, evaluating, and updating training materials

  • Prior experience working within an LMS

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization

  • Master’s Degree in related field with 4-7 years of related experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
