Job Description:
As a Product Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our North American customers, providing top-tier user training, consultation, technical support, and documentation. Your role is crucial in helping customers maximize their investment in Artifax products, contributing to our financial and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Provide system configuration consultancy, conduct training sessions, and write custom reports and development specifications.
- Revenue Generation: Work with existing clients to plan new projects that deliver value to their teams.
- Support Helpdesk: Offer telephone and email support to meet SLA targets.
- Customer Retention: Develop and nurture customer relationships to increase product usage and revenue and minimize attrition.
- Content Creation: Contribute to training materials, blog posts, and social media content.
- Internal Training: Provide product-related training to staff and participate in team meetings and industry events.
Professional Experience:
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification desired.
- Knowledge of cultural venues or the arts sector.
- Experience with software in the arts and culture sector desired
- Familiarity with ArtifaxEvent is a plus.
