Sales Country Manager – Israel, Greece & Cyprus
Lead F5’s growth across Israel, Greece, and Cyprus. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll set the go-to-market strategy, lead and develop a high-performing team, and build trusted executive relationships with the region’s most important customers and partners.
Position Summary
As Sales Country Manager for Israel, Greece, and Cyprus, you will own the regional business outcomes: revenue, pipeline, and long-term market growth. You will lead a robust, multi-disciplinary team and define the strategy to win through a mix of direct customer engagement and partner-led execution.
This role requires strong leadership, executive presence, and the ability to translate customer priorities into clear country plans, team focus, and measurable results across F5’s portfolio. You will also shape and execute the region’s AI-led go-to-market, positioning F5’s AI-powered application delivery and security capabilities to help customers run and protect modern, AI-driven applications and APIs at scale.
A key part of the role is building and scaling the go-to-market ecosystem, strengthening routes to market through channel, strategic technology partnerships, and cloud-platform motions.

Work Model and Travel
This is a hybrid role, combining work from home and the office. The role also includes on-site time with customers and partners. Frequent travel within the region is required, with occasional travel outside the territory as needed. Flexibility to support business needs outside standard working hours may be required.
