You are a senior sales leader with a passion for industrial transformation, and you know how to turn complex opportunities into signed business across Europe’s leading industrial clients.
Your Mission
In this role, you will build and convert a high-value pipeline of Industry X transformation deals across industrial, manufacturing and engineering clients in Central & Eastern Europe, with Germany as your home base. You will operate at the intersection of client needs, sales, delivery and technology to support senior stakeholders move from ambition to action. You combine strong commercial instinct with real credibility in industrial technology, digital manufacturing and operations.

Your Daily Work
Own the Industry X sales pipeline
You take end-to-end ownership for your pipeline: identifying, qualifying and developing complex services-led transformation opportunities across industrial clients in Central & Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on Germany.
Lead complex capture processes end-to-end
You shape the story, structure the pursuit, align internal teams, develop the commercial path (including pricing and deal constructs) and drive the opportunity through to negotiation and close.
Build trusted C‑level and functional relationships
You engage senior stakeholders across Digital Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, CIO and CTO organizations, understand what is commercially relevant for them, and translate this into a clear path to value and business.
Scale Partner-Led Sales
Drive ecosystem-related opportunities by confidently engaging in sell-with and co-selling motions across complex, account-driven sales scenarios where Engineering Software and Shopfloor Automation converge.
Collaborate across Accenture
You work closely with client account leads, industry leads, solution architects, delivery leads and ecosystem partners to create compelling solutions across industry segments – and you are ready to travel across Central & Eastern Europe as needed to stay close to clients.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
12+ years of experience in consulting/services sales, capture management, business development or technology-led sales in industrial, manufacturing, engineering or operations-related environments.
Strong track record in shaping and closing complex transformation deals, owning the full pursuit lifecycle from qualification to close.
Comfortable in aligning multiple internal and external leadership stakeholders - including CIOs & CTOs - in complex industrial account environments.
Confident, pragmatic communication style with strong negotiation skills and sound judgment.
Fluent in German and English.
