The IT organization currently has an opening for a Fieldglass integration developer. The ideal candidate should be an IT professional with hands-on technical experience on Fielglass development projects, possess a keen analytical mind, working closely with business partners to develop integrations between Fieldglass and other ERP systems such as SAP and Workday. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate ideas and solutions with not only IT colleagues but with customers as well. We also value individuals who do not mind stretching their knowledge boundaries and responsibilities to learn other systems when opportunities arise.
Must Haves
At least 2 - 3 prior project implementation experiences in SAP Fieldglass with knowledge of all modules and experience deploying to different countries
At least 4+ years hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass integration with ERP / HRIS applications, such as SAP and Workday
Experience in using in-built Fieldglass APIs (analytics, approvals, connectors)
Work experience with Configuration Manager role and configuring connectors (manual, SFTP, SOAP Webservice)
4+ years of experience of SAP Fieldglass administrative console
Understanding and configuration of rates in Fieldglass
Must have clear and effective English communication skills (both written and verbal)
As this position will work closely with internal customers and external parties, candidate must be an active listener
Must demonstrate systemic and logical thinking. Take analytical approaches to problem solving
Self-starter, takes initiative
Strongly Preferred
Work experience in Postman and SOAP UI to test in-built Fieldglass application APIs and webservices
Functional knowledge of end to end P2P processes including related integrations
Nice to Have
SAP Fieldglass Reporting Skills
SAP Fieldglass Certified(Services Procurement and Contingent Workforce Management)
Experience on extended workforce management processes
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, converts requirements to functional and technical specifications, and designs solutions to meet business requirements. May participate in new technology evaluations.
Perform and document software application coding, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions using standard tools and following established processes and guidelines
Participates in reviewing and monitoring complex production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance; determines modifications as needed.
Provides support services to internal customers for specific IT service or set of services. Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction. Performs System analysis and debugging of programs / integrations to identify problem root causes. Completes root cause analysis of outages (often working with managed services partner).
Participate and provide input to projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with established processes and guidelines and guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality
