Job Summary
This in-person role based in Center-city Philadelphia is responsible for ensuring the security of the corporate Information Systems data resources from unauthorized access, corruption, use, disclosure or interruption. Identifies and addresses exposures to accidental or intentional destruction, disclosure, modification, or interruption of data. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Job Description
Must Have Skills:
- Good data analysis and manipulation skills via Excel/SQL for large datasets; with ability to learn querying Snowflake and Databricks environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to work with multitudes of Business Units to enable them to drive compliance.
- Lead meetings , Train delegates and drive Compliance with business units in midst of multiple priorities.
Core Responsibilities
- Subject matter expertise in Security and Privacy Controls. Good awareness of similar external frameworks like NIST, ISO, SOC-2, GDPR, AICPA etc.
- Become subject matter expert in external and internal obligations, policies, procedures, and standards for Cybersecurity and Privacy for Comcast
- Create presentations and present them to senior leaders of the organization. Manage office hours and conduct trainings to simplify the material for Business Unit delegate
- Establish and maintain relationships with BISOs and Business Unit Compliance Leads to drive Continuous Compliance Monitoring.
- Monitor and analyze security/privacy trends from Compliance dashboard and inform with respective Business Unit(s).
- Perform root cause analysis on security/privacy control drops and recommend corrective actions or suggestions.
- Prepare and present updates on compliance monitoring to management and Business Unit(s) with strong focus on compliance metrics
- Clearly document and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Cyber security domain knowledge and/or certifications preferred
- Ability to influence the business units delegates to help them drive compliance across large workload of controls.
- Nice to have Cybersecurity Audit or Privacy Audit experience
