About the role:
At DXC we are looking for an enthusiastic and agile SAP RTR Senior Consultant Lead for our new S/4HANA projects.
As a SAP RTR Senior Consultant Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP RTR solutions. You will leverage your extensive expertise to guide clients through their financial transformation journey, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP RTR solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP RTR modules.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP RTR projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on SAP RTR best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP RTR solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP RTR functionality.
- Implement enhancements and updates as required.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and other consultants.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP RTR solutions.
- Proven track record of successful SAP RTR implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP RTR modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP RTR configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- SAP certification in RTR or relevant modules is highly desirable.
