Intelligence Collection Manager (Senior)

Clearance Required:  Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI)

Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph. 

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position

Overall Assignment Description:  

Responsibilities:

  • Support complex collection and dissemination of multi-source intelligence related to political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, scientific, and military conditions, trends, and forces.
  • Enable integrated intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities by collecting, processing, exploiting, and disseminating accurate and timely information. • Develop appropriate collection methods for complex multi-source intelligence requirements, considering the unique requirements of each intelligence domain.
  • Execute collection operations and projects within assigned geographical and functional areas of responsibility.
  • Collect tactical, operational, and strategic information across various intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and HUMINT.
  • Identify gaps in intelligence collection and recommend corrective actions to address those gaps.
  • Translate information requirements into specific collection tasks.
  • Collaborate with planners and operators to achieve objectives through a broad range of intelligence domains

Qualifications: 

Required Experience

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in a military, civilian, and/or SETA role.
  • Proficiency in multi-source intelligence disciplines.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred in a scientific or technical discipline.
