What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation A customer support operations team can help a company provide optimal customer support by establishing and maintaining processes, policies, and technologies that improve the customer support teams work efficiency in delivering timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Document / Process Map current state process flows (steps, systems, etc.); Interview Subject Matter Experts and help piece together a process; Support Product Owner with future development by documenting/ analyzing process and system flows, reviewing data structure and formats, mapping data fields across applications, and analyzing business rules.
