Part-Time Student Tax department

What will your responsibilities be?

• Collect data for income tax and VAT returns preparation in selected jurisdictions (SAP reports, invoice analysis, communication with production plants, AP/AR/ICO teams, and other stakeholders).
• Support the preparation of monthly withholding tax reports for selected jurisdictions (analysis of SAP exports and related supporting documents).
• Collect and analyze data for Transfer Pricing documentation purposes.
• Support direct and indirect tax audits and tax authorities’ requests (historical data consolidation and review, preparation of outputs for tax authorities, communication with tax advisors, etc.).
• Support the processing of tax payments in selected jurisdictions.
• Assist in the preparation of statistical reports.
• Identify and reconcile GAAP-to-GAAP differences (US GAAP vs. Local GAAP).
• Provide ad-hoc support mainly related to tax matters.
• Communicate and coordinate day-to-day with internal and external stakeholders.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• University Student (economic and/or accounting field of study is preferred)
• English Language level B2
• Good MS- Excel, -Word, -PowerPoint knowledge
• Ability to work in a team, detail and analytics-oriented skills
• Pro-active approach, responsible and quick learning person
• Ability to work minimum 20 hours a week on a long-term basis
