We are looking for a CRM & Customer Marketing Specialist to provide maternity cover for 4–5 months. This role focuses on maintaining and executing existing CRM and loyalty campaigns under the My Sony Rewards program to ensure business continuity.

You will support ongoing email marketing, campaign performance tracking, and day-to-day CRM operations, working closely with internal teams to deliver timely and relevant customer communications.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can hit the ground running and manage campaigns independently.

What you will be doing

1. Campaign Execution

  • Execute ongoing email and CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Manage segmentation, targeting and campaign scheduling

  • Maintain the CRM campaign calendar

2. Loyalty Program Support

  • Support day-to-day operations of the My Sony Rewards program

  • Assist in campaign roll-outs and customer communications

  • Ensure loyalty mechanics and rewards communications are accurate

3. Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, etc.)

  • Prepare monthly performance reports

  • Identify optimisation opportunities

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work with internal teams (Product, Sales, Digital, Customer Service)

  • Coordinate timelines and content for CRM campaigns

5. Data & Compliance

  • Perform QA checks before EDM deployment

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with PIM guidelines

What you should have

  • 2–4 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing or digital marketing

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar tools)

  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, basic SQL or reporting tools)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good communication and organisation skills
