Roles and Responsibilities
1. Safety / EHS
· Maintain communication with shift leaders and employees to ensure operational and SQDC expectations are met.
· Support safety requirements as a Framework “element owner.”
· Coordinate and track occupational health examinations.
· Support the EHS engineer in managing eyeglass orders.
· Collect and maintain records of energy consumption data.
· Issue and track personal protective equipment.
· Coordinate and administer hazardous waste transportation.
· Provide EHS training for external partners and contractors.
· Comply with and enforce EHS rules.
· Immediately report accidents, injuries, and near miss events.
· Suspend work in the event of serious EHS risk.
· Participate in mandatory EHS trainings and events.
2. Delivery / Operational and Logistics Support
· Support the MMS system, cooperate in system development, and maintain contact with US developers.
· Coordinate MMS module transfer, user training, and Hungarian translation.
· In the absence of the logistics team leader, manage parts receiving, batching, and shipping documentation.
· Prepare POR requests in the ZEAL Oracle system.
3. Operation / Training, Administrative, and Labor Support
· Operate and coordinate the site training program.
· Manage training needs, checklists, and competency records.
· Develop, update, and maintain training materials.
· Organize, track, and document mandatory and refresher trainings.
· Coordinate onboarding and job-specific training for new hires.
· Monitor training effectiveness and improve training processes.
· Track missing or expired trainings and qualifications.
· Maintain monthly headcount reports.
· Monitor the availability of tools and conditions required for work.
· Manage timekeeping and attendance data and coordinate the Kronos system.
· Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Coordinate contractors and staffing agency partners.
· Support recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
· Manage payroll-related documentation.
· Manage employee qualifications, benefits, and related administration.
· Support inventory activities, company events, and plant programs.
· Manage production requests, stamps, and other operational administration.
· Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Authority:
· Operational decision-making and coordination related to the MMS system (e.g., supporting system usage, coordinating module transfers, and user-related activities).
· Autonomy in coordinating and organizing trainings, administrative processes, and daily operational activities.
· Decision-making within defined processes related to scheduling, tracking, and prioritizing tasks.
· Authority to ensure compliance with EHS rules and escalate issues when necessary.
· The right to suspend work in case of serious EHS risk.
Required Qualifications
· At least Bachelor's degree preferably in HR, logistics or business administration.
· Significant relevant experience in operations, administration, or in a manufacturing environment.
· Proven experience in coordination roles, supporting cross-functional teams.
· Fluent English (written and spoken).
· Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
· Experience with ERP systems and/or timekeeping systems is an advantage.
· Understanding of EHS standards and practices.
· Experience in training coordination, HR administration, or logistics support is a plus.
