How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Brazil is the largest Latin America's personal care market and is expected to grow at an annual average of +6.5% for theReporting to the Supply Chain manager, the Orders management Analyst will be based in our São Paulo office, working closely with the Supply Chain team.
Your missions will be:
● Report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and provide support to Commercial Managers; Assist with
commercial support for clients and distributors;
● Responsible for registering and updating client prices in Brazil and Latin America in the AX Dynamics 365
system;
● Responsible for registering client POs from Brazil and Latin America in the system, as well as keeping it updated;
● Provide administrative support, organize documents;
● Responsible for following up on POs with clients and the commercial/logistics area;
● Monitor the entire order flow, check data, enter it into the system, release for invoicing, and coordinate deliveries.
● Analyze stock and coordinate delivery times and customer service.
● Monitor all orders within a 60-day horizon to optimize the process.
● Perform follow-up and control pending issues.
● Maintain excellent communication with all areas and clients involved in the process.

Do you have these requirements?
●Graduate in Business related areas (Foreign trade / logistics / economy / business);
● Advanced English is preferred;
● Experience in ERP - advantage if you have already worked with Dynamics AX/Azure - Microsoft
● Intermediate Office tools or Gsuite (Google workspace)
● Available for working hybrid: HO 1x a week + 2 HO days during the month = 6 days HO per month
