Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries. Full time permanent role / on-site Warsaw 

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing and setting up all warehouse activities for our brand new centralised warehouse facility in Warsaw, ensuring efficient processes, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. The facility will play a crucial role in optimising supply chain activities and delivering exceptional service to our internal customers. 

The role and your impact at Tier-Dott

  • Manage day to day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment planning; 
  • Develop KPIs and track performance to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement;  
  • Optimise operations using lean management principles, measure results and repeat; 
  • Implement best practices to premise the warehouse layout, storage and processes; 
  • Recruit, train and mentor a team or warehouse staff to build high performing and motivated workforce; 
  • Create and manage shifts schedules, attendance and handle general administration tasks for your team; 
  • Maintain high standards of H&S and Quality, by ensuring compliance with all regulations and being a safety advocate in the workplace; 
  • Establish and maintain inventory management systems and procedures in order to ensure accuracy and availability; 
  • Conduct stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

You'll fit great with this skills and qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field, preferably in a startup or new facility environment;
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems; Experience in setting up WMS’s would be considered a plus;
  • Proven ability to establish operational processes and building teams; 
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills; 
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
