Job Summary: Supports the planning and coordination of HR projects - mainly in the field of technology, AI and process digitalization.
The role ensures that HR initiatives are delivered efficiently, documented clearly, and aligned with organizational goals.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination

  • Coordinates HR initiatives from start to completion.

  • Prepares project plans and timelines.

  • Assists with scheduling, task tracking, and coordinating stakeholders.

  • Keeps project documents organized, updated, and easy to access.

  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Creates and maintains meeting notes, summaries, and status updates.

  • Develops presentations and dashboards for stakeholders to communicate project status.

  • Project Monitoring & Issue Tracking

  • Tracks milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.

  • Supports budget tracking and logistical planning.

  • Helps identify issues or risks and escalates them when needed.

  • Assists in collecting input for post‑project reviews and improvement ideas.

  • Training & Change Support

  • Helps create communication and training materials for change initiatives.

  • Supports the organization of workshops and onboarding sessions.

  • Collects feedback from stakeholders during change activities.

  • Contribution to Project Work

  • May take responsibility for work packages within the HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of experience in general HR, HR project coordination or HR digital transformation

  • Interest in HR innovation, digital tools, and data-driven project management

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
