Summary: The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment process for various sales channels, including retail partners, dropship accounts, and B2B/wholesale customers, etc. This role ensures accurate, efficient, and timely fulfillment of all orders from receipt to delivery by meeting customer specific requirements outlined in vendor and routing guides. This role will manage chargebacks, EDI integrations along with EDI error resolution, collaboration with IT, and communication with the warehouse and transportation teams to ensure seamless operations.

Reports to: Director, Fulfillment & Distribution 

Location: Remote 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnerships Order Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment of retail partners, etc. and dropship orders ensuring the Parachute Home team and 3PL teams meet customer specific requirements outlined in vendor and routing guides.
  • B2B Order Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment of orders from various B2B channels such as Hospitality and Trade ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • EDI Integration Support: Manage the EDI transmission for all retail partners, dropship accounts, B2B/wholesale customers, etc. This includes but is not limited to the review and correction of EDI errors for Partnerships shipments as well as the management of set up and maintenance of  EDI integrations with retailers, ensuring the accuracy of data transmission.
  • Chargeback Management: Track and research chargebacks assessed by Partnerships customers either disputing them or identifying and correcting the gaps in process that led to the chargebacks
  • Logistics Coordination: Submit quote requests for LTL/TL deliveries and collaborate with transportation teams to update order methods when necessary.
  • Open Order Review: Regularly review and resolve issues with open orders, ensuring successful transmission to 3PLs.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate data around order fulfillment, reporting on status of orders and metrics to pertinent teams.  

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address fulfillment challenges and chargebacks
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external partners
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of retail, B2B, wholesale, and e-commerce platforms (Partners Online, Amazon 3P, etc.)
  • Experience with EDI implementation and integration
  • Familiarity with small parcel service levels and LTL/TL delivery method
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Netsuite and SPS Commerce preferred

Parachute takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The estimated pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000.
