Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact - Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery -Develop test plan, test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans, including component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance and technical architecture tests. -Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures. -Execute test scripts. -Record problems & issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans. -Strong focus on Sales, Marketing, Field Services domains. -Stakeholder management, representing status. Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other CRM platforms - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and functionalities - Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions -Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional cum test lead with minimum 10 years’ experience. and should have worked on any D365 Online version. -Good understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Sales, Marketing, Field Services modules.
