The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting global HR Technology initiatives at Graco. With a primary focus on Workday, this role will support system configuration, data management and day-to-day technical support to ensure effective utilization of HR systems. This role will collaborate with HR, IT and other departments to enhance system functionality and build process efficiencies.

What You Will Do at Graco

  • Work with HRBPs, COEs and other stakeholders to learn and understand project and enhancement requests based on department and business needs. Propose, develop, test, and implement globally aligned solutions using HR technology.

  • Serve as tier 2 support for HRMS system questions and troubleshooting. 

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and privacy compliance of the Workday platform.

  • Support Workday release activities - identify areas of impact and opportunity, create action plans and adjust department roadmaps based on this new functionality.

  • Create and maintain Workday reports, configure calculated fields to complex reporting requirements. Develop and schedule reports for ongoing customer needs. Ensure ongoing delivery of automated reports and data integrity by running queries, analyzing and correcting the data as needed.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary

  • Stay up to date on the latest HR technology trends and educate the broader global HR team of these trends and how to use them.

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards utilizing Workday, PowerBI or other reporting tools.

  • Project management capabilities to deliver complete and accurate documentation to support projects; communicate project milestones and scope changes as they arise.

  • Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to company stakeholders.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring to Graco

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent education and experience)

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR technology or HRIS administration

  • Experience configuring Workday or other HRM System

  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills with the ability to see a project through from beginning to end

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and timelines.
