Idaho Power — located in vibrant Boise, Idaho — is looking for a Human Resources Professional or Senior with in-depth knowledge and experience in employee and leadership development to join our Talent Acquisition and Development team. What does this role do?
As a Human Resources Professional, you will support the design, implementation, and facilitation of training and development programs under limited supervision.
As a Senior Human Resources Professional, you will design, implement, facilitate, and evolve programs necessary to create a pipeline of leadership talent across Idaho Power. This role will ensure we are developing the business-focused skills and capabilities of our leaders and employees to support the growth and continuous improvement of the company.
