What would you do? "• Provide a Cluster leadership role, can lead their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement
• Innovate with the client to drive value to both Accenture and Client
• Support & monitor operation to make it measurable, Repeatable and predictable
• Transform organization to create system and process for Noise Less Deliver.
• Create client centric roadmap and transform organization to intelligent operation.
• Implement systems and processes that deliver improvement toward 100% conformance to customer requirements.
• Engaging upfront in solutioning & transitioning of deals to enforce rigor and day 1 stable. And initiative process re-engineering and automation initiatives aligned client expectation like Green SLA, Higher Productivity, Transparency in Process outcomes, etc
• Ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels. Ability to supervise and manage large team and organization.
• The key responsibilities include driving the Strategic Transformation Plan aligned with Client & business expectation at the Strategic, Tactical & Operations level
• Design solution (Automation & Process improvements) that are modular and can be replicated and look for replication opportunities for solution being developed.
• Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.
• Coach, train and deploy human centered thinking based on Design thinking concepts
• Bachelor, Masters or Ph.D. in Business, Statistics, Math, Comp Sci, Econ, Physics, Engineering or related scientific disciplines
• Work experience of 6~8 years of relevant experience of leading and performing as a business excellence lead or advisor in BPO or service sector. And 10-14 years of overall experience in relevant industries (Financial Services, Network, Utilities, Health Care, Marketing, Pharma, Retail etc.) – with hands on experience handling data driven decisions
• Experience in statistical tools, RPA and related projects in RPA, Project Management and Demonstrated strong understanding of Process modeling tools and concepts.
• Ideally a certified Black Belt from a reputed organization (on par with ASQ, BMGI, ISI, etc.).
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt with good knowledge of Lean practices / Robotics / AI / ML
