Location: Bangkok/Singapore/India/Malaysia
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Organize regular requirement meetings for Commercial leads AP and Regional Marketing AP with VS Marketing Manager
- Leads on change requirements and continuously managing portfolio density and revenue / margin for AP in alignment with VS Marketing Manager
- Collaborate with Procurement function and Traded Goods Product Manager on market requirements
- Lead AP execution of Global Disinfectant Strategy
- Deep understanding of competition and develop FME strategy accordingly in AP
- Collaborate with Global Marketing and regions to support marketing campaigns and aligned roadmaps for AP region
- SME to respond to customer queries (e.g. features, tender related etc.) for region AP
- Co-own business case with Global Marketing and Finance partner for new product initiatives in AP and collaborate with Product Group / Design Owners to deliver on time
- Portfolio strategy 2030 and supporting business case
- Competitive analysis for AP
- WAVE initiatives to consolidate Concentrate portfolio / implement sourcing strategy for Bloodlines
- Product development roadmaps, new product initiatives, major customer systems
- Business or engineering degree (business preferred)
- 5-10 years of experience within concentrate or dialysis business
- Excellent analytical skills, communication skills and motivating others
- Leadership experience in multifunctional teams and / or project groups
