Campaign Analytics and Execution role plays a pivotal role in the development and continuous improvement of revenue generating campaigns and leads programs for Private Wealth. This role will lead pre-campaign analysis, preparation and execution of lead programs, post campaign analysis and deliver results to senior leadership to determine program effectiveness. This role requires hand on experience of data ETL from multiple databases and schemas. The role also works with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine, automate, and scale analysis into repeatable analytics solutions and decision support tools.

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to Private Wealth partners on campaign development, execution, and performance monitoring of revenue generating campaigns.  Independently drive leads and campaigns programs.
  • The role will involve end to end design, pre-sizing, development, and implementation of performance reporting for campaign owners and stakeholders. In addition, they will manage the execution, monitoring and measurement of integrated campaigns that drive results to pipeline.
  • Translates business needs to technical specifications and evaluates existing data visualization systems to improve them.
  • Develop and implement a consistent campaign plan structure that clearly articulates business priorities/vision, goals and objectives and tactical elements.
  • Partner with channel leads and marketing analytics to understand campaign performance data, recommend improvements and compile reporting for Marketing Business Partners to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Identify, implement, and standardize approaches across the campaign management related to documentation, processes and communication for continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Builds various reporting dashboards using the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data visualisation techniques.
  • Provides value through insights, reporting and data visualization techniques. Selects, configures, and implements analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability.
  • Researches and applies continuous improvement in data visualization by identifying trends and patterns to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Develops data visualizations of "large" amounts of data that facilitate the intuitive presentation of data to decision makers.
  • Documents data flow, systems, and processes to improve the design, implementation and management of business/group processes.
  • Develops tools and delivers training programs for use of reporting tools and self-serve analytics by non-analytical end users; may include delivery of training to audiences.
  • Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
  • Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of analytics experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in data preparation and statistical tool such as SAS, SQL, PowerBI, Power Query, SQL, SAS, R, Python is considered an asset.
  • Experience in analyzing and presenting to senior team members and explaining performance metrics to non-data partners (internal or external) is considered an asset

Salary:

$68,000.00 - $126,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
