As the Director of Product - Real World Evidence / RWE, you will be responsible for leading development of the multi-year product roadmap for industry-leading Real World Evidence (RWE) product.  You will collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Science teams and other key areas as necessary to ensure RWE products are differentiated and support organizational growth objectives.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading the development of the product roadmap leveraging deep industry knowledge, strategic strengths and opportunities, direct feedback from customers and understanding of the sales pipeline.
  • Determining data partnerships required to enhance the organization's real world product offering.
  • Counseling on partnership agreements, negotiations, and integrations between the organization and major technology providers.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to develop commercial materials to promote real world evidence products.
  • Developing methodology to create, test, deploy, innovate, and continually improve the current product offering.
  • Managing operational aspects of the product team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
  • Managing and influence cross-functional partners.


Required Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of Clinical Trial Process and business via Retail Pharmacy / Clinical Background, major Pharma, or Clinical Research Organization.
  • 10 or more years of experience with major players in Real-World Data (RWD), RWE and Patient Recruitment into clinical trials.
  • 10 or more years of experience with broader healthcare industry landscape and issues among payors, pharmacies, and other care providers and their influence on Clinical Trials.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a PBM and/or Payer environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
