Supervision, Policy and Competition (SPC) focuses on market participants and cross market themes with all work contributing to the FCA’s strategic and operational objectives and leading on most of the 3 year strategic business priorities.
The Resolution & Insolvency Department is a specialist department which provides expert support when financial services firms are likely to fail or have failed. What we do is right at the heart of the FCA’s objectives and its public commitment to reducing harm from firm failure.

What will you be doing?
You will be delivering on complex resolution and insolvency cases to minimise harm to consumers arising from firm failure, including where firms hold client money or assets or owe large amounts of redress to consumers. This includes:
