Mission and responsibilities:

We are looking for Technical Product Owners with strong technical skills to manage the project from a more technical perspective for a major banking sector client.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the implementation of a chat, chatbot, and virtual assistant solution based on Genesys Cloud, Azure, and AWS technologies.
  • Coordinate with development and operations teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of the solution.
  • Ensure that all security practices and solutions are properly applied.
  • Work closely with other technical departments.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Proven experience in managing technology projects from a technical perspective, preferably in the implementation of chat and chatbot solutions.
  • Knowledge of Contact Center architecture and systems.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud.
  • Knowledge of APIs.
  • Understanding of security principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of English.
