The Infrastructure Expense Management Business Analyst is responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business with supporting the Europe-UK and MEA CTI (Citi Technology Infrastructure) Cluster Head, In-Country CTI Technology Heads and Business Execution management with day to day operational CTI financial utility responsibilities.
Mainly responsible for technology related in-country CTI operational expense management processes, concentrating on Purchase requisitions and relevant query handling activities. Supporting Cluster/Global and Local financial teams on ad/hoc and regular requests.
Responsibilities:
Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) management in appropriate system for UAE, Germany and other supported Countries where needed.
Handle the In-Country PO and services related Invoice payment tracking and reporting, handle issues with raising relevant tickets and following up with the relevant Customer Service Team
Fixed Asset Capitalization of Technology equipment – items purchased by Local CTI – oversight, adjustment requests if needed
Supporting the in-scope Countries and areas with daily financial operational activities and oversight to other Countries. Support Cluster head with relevant financial operational activities if needed.
Accrual monthly preparation and posting in the relevant system for vendor invoices
Oversight on in-Country services and update the relevant trackers. Negotiate with CTI representatives on any change in the service prices, etc.
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in financial services in a similar role
Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
