Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications and systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance. - Monitor and analyze application performance to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems. - Participate in the testing and deployment of new applications and system upgrades. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of storage area network (SAN) concepts and technologies. - Experience in configuring and managing Netapp storage systems. - Knowledge of SAN protocols such as Fibre Channel and iSCSI. - Familiarity with storage virtualization and data replication technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
