Summary: As a consultant, leveraging your expertise in strong consulting skills, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design customized solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and clients to analyze learning needs, define learning objectives, and develop instructional materials that align with learning goals. • Design and develop engaging and effective learning content across multiple formats, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources. • Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices to create interactive and engaging learning experiences that promote learner engagement and retention. • Develop storyboards, scripts, and other instructional materials to guide the development of multimedia assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and simulations. • Work closely with graphic designers, multimedia developers, and other members of the content development team to create and integrate multimedia elements into learning content. • Conduct quality assurance reviews and usability testing to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of learning content, and make recommendations for improvements as needed. • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development, and incorporate new insights into client deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, education, instructional technology, or related field. • Experience of 8-10 years in f experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or related fields or related field preferred • Must Have Skills: Learning Content Development • Good To Have Skills: Design Thinking Additional Information: • Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). • Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
