College Intern - Supply Chain

Description -

What a College Intern - Supply Chain does at HP:

  • Support supply chain factory services for the next lap in delivering best in class solutions using AI tools, data analytics to support Revenue growth and costs reduction.
  • Work with supply chain domain experts to understand HP factory services vision for an automated, high efficiency model to support operations at best costs and efficiency for maintaining products for shipments.
  • Apply data science to develop data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building tools to support manual actions via automation.
  • Providing projection framework in excel or power BI; whilst presenting insights to various key internal stakeholders.
  • Develop skillsets, provide expertise and promote mindset of Digitalization, Advance Analytics and automation.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, Computer Science or Quality management engineering.
  • Out of the box thinking abilities with industry leading knowledge.
  • Collaborative spirit with a growth & innovative mindset. 
  • Proficiency with tools used to analyze data and develop algorithms and statistical analytics solutions such as Minitab, excel, Python.
  • Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Minitab, excel, Python and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship, starting in May 2025.
