Your area of responsibility

  • Data & Security Maintenance: Manage the maintenance of Workday data and security configurations, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to best practices.
  • Structural Data and Security Management: Design and maintain a secure and well-structured data environment, addressing both immediate and long-term business needs.
  • Support Complex Security Requirements: Configure and manage security groups, roles, and permissions to meet sophisticated requirements within Workday.
  • Manage broader Swiss Life People Tech Stack: Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Learning, Qualtrics, and other HR technology to enhance data management, security processes, and employee experience.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to provide tailored data and security solutions, translating business needs into effective system setups.
  • Drive Improvements: Identify and implement enhancements in data structures, reporting, and security policies to improve our Workday environment.

Your strengths

  • Solid Workday Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Admin, Workday Tech, or a similar role.
  • Workday Certification: Preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has substantial relevant experience.
  • Experience with HR Tech Tools: Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Learning, Qualtrics, and other people-focused technologies is highly desirable.
  • Technical Affinity: Highly technical individual with a passion for evolving into deeper Workday tech capabilities.
  • Data & Security Focus: Strong understanding of Workday security configuration, reporting, and data structures.
  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Ability to solve complex problems related to data integrity, user roles, and security.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
