The Trade Desk is growing, we are scaling, and we need your help to hire the best talent in the APAC region! We are currently looking for a versatile Senior Recruiter who is excited by the quest to find exceptional talent for our organization and execute our recruitment strategy. With drive, focus and an enterprising approach you will shape the talent pipeline, the team’s efficiency, represent our employer brand on outreach, and influence the growth of our company culture, all while providing excellent candidate experience. This position will be based in our Sydney office.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Own end-to-end full-cycle activities by sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent across multiple business areas
  • Engage and connect with top talent to build a vibrant talent pipeline in support of hiring needs 
  • Strategize and influence business leaders in a talent advisor capacity to understand needs in the near term and build recruiting strategies and prioritization to support business needs 
  • Work closely with sourcers, candidate experience partners, and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for our roles and execute on hiring plans 
  • Leverage data to influence and track pipeline activities, using this data to constantly calibrate with broader team and hiring leaders to make improvements 
  • Provide excellent candidate experience and become an expert in selling the company story, the exciting challenges our talent tackles every day, and an unbeatable culture  

Who You Are: 

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, or related experience in a similar role 
  • Strong track record of full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing 
  • Solid knowledge of current trends, innovations, and standard methodologies within recruiting  
  • Strong practice of being a talent advisor, partnering with key stakeholders with high levels of confidentiality and professionalism  
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback 
  • Thrives in a dynamic and autonomous environment 
  • Self-motivated and able to meet and exceed your stretch goals 
  • Greenhouse (ATS) and Workday (HCM) experience is a plus
