Fortrea is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Technology Product Manager to oversee and optimize our suite of HR applications. The successful candidate will manage multiple HR systems and develop a cohesive strategic roadmap to ensure these applications work seamlessly together. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and excellent project management skills to enhance our HR technology ecosystem and drive operational efficiency.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and ongoing maintenance of multiple HR applications.

  • Ensure seamless integration between various HR systems to create a unified technology landscape.

  • Collaborate with vendors and our AMS provider to manage system updates, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements.

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR technologies by assessing current HR technology capabilities and identifying opportunities for integration, optimization, and future growth.

  • Lead and manage projects related to the implementation, upgrade, or integration of HR applications.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution.

  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and address areas for improvement.

  • Drive initiatives to streamline processes and improve user experience across HR technologies.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HR systems.

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track system performance, user adoption, and ROI.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

  • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

  • 5+ years of experience managing HR technology systems with a proven track record in application administration and integration.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing strategic roadmaps for HR technology solutions.

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Experience (Minimum Required): 

  • Experience with HR applications such as LMS, Talent Management, Candidate Engagement Platforms, or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.

  • Understanding of HR compliance regulations and data privacy standards.

  • Familiarity with process automation and system customization.

  • Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field.

  • Experience in a Clinical Research Organization or healthcare-related industry.

Pay Range: $110,000-145,000
