Job Duties:
Data-Driven Retention & Acquisition Business Insights: Leverage advanced data science and analytics to identify high-intent prospects for acquisition sales teams across diverse segments (SOHO to Enterprise). Translate complex data into actionable insights that enhance lead generation, pipeline growth, and new business opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Customer Success Business Leaders, and Data & Engineering teams to inform data-driven strategies to reduce Churn & Downsell risk.
Sales Enablement & Strategy Alignment: Serve as a bridge between analytics and sales strategy, using revenue intelligence to empower SDRs and BDRs to effectively engage prospects. Develop models and frameworks that optimize prospecting workflows using incumbent tool.
Tool Expertise & Reporting: Create visual dashboards and detailed reporting using Tableau or PowerBI to track lead performance, SDR/BDR outreach effectiveness, and overall acquisition metrics. Drive insights specifically from incumbent tool prospecting efforts, analyzing AI SDR agent performance across open rates, meetings booked, pipeline created, response rates, and customer sentiment. Identify common traits of top-performing industries and segments to refine prospect targeting and engagement strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in data science, analytics, or a related field. Strong analytics background with practical experience in B2B SaaS or similar consulting experience; telecommunications/unified communications industry experience preferred. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and data analysis, complemented by solid business acumen. A high-performing individual with strong character, work ethic, and resilience.

If you are hired in Belmont, California, the compensation range for this position is between $77,350 and $110,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
