Summary:
The Executive Leadership Recruiter supports Memorial Healthcare System’s (MHS) mission, vision and values through sourcing and selection activities to identify, select, and hire top talent. Provides Talent Acquisition strategy support to hiring leaders while performing full life-cycle recruitment in assigned area. Supports the MHS culture by providing the Memorial Experience.Responsibilities:
Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.Maintains department goals to maintain the Memorial Experience to all applicants, candidates, hiring managers and team members as measured by various customer experience surveys.Extracts and compiles data to create competitive job offer(s).Screens and selects top talent candidates by conducting initial interviews, submitting candidates to hiring manager for review and feedback, and constructing competitive offer package.Creates sourcing strategies to attract and find top talent candidates to fill open requisitions using technology-based search techniques and established external relationships; supports and attends recruitment hiring events or conferences.Competencies:

Hybrid work arrangement. Required Work Experience: Five (5) years of Full Cycle Leadership Recruitment experience.
