Job Summary
Responsible for the implementation and trafficking of 360 Integrated Marketing Communication campaigns for one key Division. Works closely with the Marketing Communication Division Operations leads, HQ IMC leads, and creative and media agencies to track, execute, and analyze large-scale marketing campaigns. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with HQ IMC leads, Division Marketing Communications team, and creative and media agencies to implement marketing campaigns.
- Acts as a liaison to one key Division, regularly connecting & working to execute media and messaging plans supporting Division and HQ strategy.
- Helps to manage relationships across key Division team, ensuring all plans are seamlessly executed accurately and on time.
- Tracks production of all creative assets across multiple agencies and performs final QA to confirm all details are accurate and meet Division expectations.
- Assists Division with creative recommendations and solutions based on landscape, competitive pressures and data insights.
- Maintains and helps to build Division PORs and media calendars, including detailed quarterly overviews and weekly creative snapshots.
- Manages all creative matrices, detailing Division requests related to IMC Campaigns, for new and existing campaigns for BAU Division plans, National Promotions, Multicultural, Sports, Competitive, Xfinity Home and Mobile.
- Responsible for the delivery of all Division campaign tactics including ISCI codes, nomenclatures, media files and order instructions.
- Assists with digital trafficking, helping to setup and initiate traffic for all digital tactics including OLV, OLA, Display, Mobile and more.
- Partners with internal teams and the IHA to manage Flashtalking rotations, including Desktop, Mobile and OLV rotations for both GM and Multicultural (Division and HQ Media).
- Assists in preparing and delivering all display, mobile and OLV results with creative strategy recommendations during monthly reporting readouts to Divisions.
- Communicates project requirements and coordinates with external vendors to assure project completion.
- Coordinates multiple priorities while meeting simultaneous deadlines.
- Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met, and deliverables meet specifications.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education and Experience:
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Field of Study: Communications / Public Relations
- Years Experience: Generally, requires 5-7 years related experience

Compensation
National Pay Range: $55,814.37 USD-$130,814.94 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
