Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced or Senior Operations Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4) to join the Supply Chain Structures team in Everett, Washington.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned. The role is dynamic and requires collaboration, creative thinking, analysis and solution creation.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches and processes.
Reviews procurement/planning systems to verify accuracy.
Presents to various stakeholders on supplier status.
Performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
3+ years of experience building and maintaining professional relationships
3+ years of experience utilizing the following Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years managing supplier quality and delivery performance
5+ years of experience interpreting supplier contractual requirements
5+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Typical Education/ Experience:
Experienced (Level 3): Typically, 6 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Senior (Level 4): Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Summary pay range – Experienced (Level 3): $84,600 - $103,400
Summary pay range – Senior (Level 4): $108,000 - $132,000
