Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Problem Coordinator to join our team. The Problem Coordinator will be responsible for owning and managing problems from logging through analysis and resolution. This role involves working closely with Problem Investigators and stakeholders to investigate and analyze problems, facilitating the identification of root causes, and coordinating the resolution, closure, and review of problem solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership of assigned problems, ensuring timely and accurate logging, tracking, and resolution. • Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root causes of problems. Collaborate with technical resources and peers to gather relevant data and perform analysis. • Manage problem tickets, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and communication throughout the problem management lifecycle. • Work closely with technical resources, stakeholders, and other problem team members to facilitate problem resolution and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Report issues to the Problem Manager that delay the closure of problem tickets. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience in problem management or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Familiarity with problem management tools and methodologies.
