Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handling front office and welcoming the visitors and guests
2. Employee engagement & welfare activities
3. Courier , Cab & stationary management
4. Gift Distribution, Birthday Celebration, Festival events
5. Support on people onboarding (docs, bank a/c , SAP, Concur, Induction schedule)
6. L&D documentation management (Staff)
7. Data Management of HR activity on daily basis
