SUMMARY  

We are looking for a talented People Experience Specialist to join our People Experience team in Tel Aviv.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Managing, and executing various projects and initiatives for our employees.
  • Coordinate social company activities and collaborating with global teams.
  • Oversee the entire operation, including budget management, planning, and deliveries.
  • Collaboration with a variety of vendors.
  • Develop strong working relationships within the Wiz community, embracing its culture and values.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a People Experience role within the Hi-Tech industry.
  • Experience in end-to-end execution of large-scale welfare activities and global events.
  • Experience working with vendors globally.
  • Ability to thrive in a global and matrixed organizational structure.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both Hebrew and English.
