Job Description:
- Leads team of vendor master data administrators & coordinators
- Develops and implements effective processes within own team
- Ensures that all applicable internal processes, guidelines and working instructions are kept
- Resolves internal customer expectations and proposes new solutions to simplify customer’s work
- Creates, implements and measures key performance indicators for team and vendor master data coordinators
- Cooperates with other business support teams to ensure complex services for internal customers
- Ensures promotion and keeping of JCI ethics policy within own team
- Builds team following JCI HR policies and standards and providing coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each team member and ensure succession planning
- Recruits, hires, and retains staff
Requirement and Qualification :
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
- Prior Supplier Add Change experience,
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Fluent communication in English (both written & verbal).
- Knowledge of Oracle, iScala, SAP or other ERP system.
- Process and customer service orientated.
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use business system software's.
