Job Description:

  • Leads team of vendor master data administrators & coordinators
  • Develops and implements effective processes within own team
  • Ensures that all applicable internal processes, guidelines and working instructions are kept
  • Resolves internal customer expectations and proposes new solutions to simplify customer’s work
  • Creates, implements and measures key performance indicators for team and vendor master data coordinators
  • Cooperates with other business support teams to ensure complex services for internal customers
  • Ensures promotion and keeping of JCI ethics policy within own team
  • Builds team following JCI HR policies and standards and providing coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each team member and ensure succession planning
  • Recruits, hires, and retains staff

Requirement and Qualification :

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Prior Supplier Add Change experience,
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • Fluent communication in English (both written & verbal).
  • Knowledge of Oracle, iScala, SAP or other ERP system.
  • Process and customer service orientated.
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use business system software's.
