Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service

• Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship

• At opening and closing, follow procedures for ensuring areas are ready for the day’s business with proper mis-en-place and table set ups

Job Requirements:

• 3 years Food & Beverage working experience with at least 6 months solid experience in supervising and running the daily operation

• Form 3 or above

• Excellent language skills in Mandarin and Cantonese, average in English

• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
